Almond Preparation

Whole Almonds

  1. Spread whole almonds out in a single layer on a large baking sheet (lined with parchment).
  2. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast almonds at 325ºF until lightly browned (9-12 minutes)
  3. Chop coarsely and cool.

Apple Preparation

Instructions

  1. Scoop batter into greased muffin tins.
  2. Preheat oven to 350º F (230 degrees C).
  3. Bake muffins for 20 minutes.
